Workshop for beginners to yoga Saturday 12th June 10am - 1pm

These beginner workshops are intended to introduce you to hatha yoga,
using simple and gentle posturing that will help you develop more
suppleness, flexibility and eventuality a greater range of movement and
strength, The workshops will also teach you to breath more
beneficially and give you practical techniques for deeper and more
health promoting relaxation.
