*Absolute Beginners Yoga course

Starting 7th February (Thursdays) for 5 weeks 6.15 - 7.15pm. A basic introduction to yoga and an excellent way to get you into the swing of yoga and make sure you are approaching it from the best perspective.  It willhelp you to develop an awareness of your body and to feel comfortable in adjusing your class to suit your own needs rather than thinking you have to conform.
We then have a selection of classes that you could move on to.

We supply everything you wil need - just bring yourself in comfortable clothing. Jogging bottoms or leggins are perfect with a close fitting (so you're not finding it falling over your head if you bend forward t shirt or top. Some people like to bring a jumper and socks for the final relaxation but we do have blankets.

We limit the numbers and keep the beginners class low with maximum of 10.
