Zara had this to say:

Barry, the founder and teacher of Mind and Body centre, was incredibly kind and nurturing throughout his teaching. He has an ability to be both challenging and supportive in his approach- something I benefited from as my teaching practice developed. He had a sound grasp of what each student’s needs were, and the appropriate pace to develop from.

Here's what Mandy  has to say about her experience on the course:

"I am thoroughly enjoying Mind and Body Bury's Yoga 200 hour teacher training course. It is well structured, educational and inspirational. Barry Todd's delivery of the course has allowed me to progress, expand and develop my yoga knowledge and understanding of Yoga.

Barry has also encouraged me to expand myself, to self inquire and to develop my own individual style.  Mind and Body Bury provides students with a nurturing environment in which to grow and learn.

I would recommend this course to anyone who wishes to learn to teach yoga. Its been an incredible journey so far and one I will continue travelling on for the rest of my life".  Mandy Mills, Yoga 200 hour Teacher Training

And Jayne says:

The teaching course at mind and body is comprehensive, and has given me the space to grow.  Complex subjects are basically explained and I have learnt a lot through out the duration of the course.

Trainees are encouraged to attend regular yoga classes throughout the period of the course that can be with the course tutor or other registered teacher. Any classes attended with the course tutor will be free but trainees are encouraged to try other classes for experience.

Successful completion of the course will enable trainees to apply for membership to the Independent Yoga Network and teach their own classes. As participant of this course you will also be entitled to apply for IYN student membership which enables trainees to secure insurance.
