What You Need to Do

  1. Sign up to facebook and send us a friend request if you haven't already.  Search for Mind and Body Yoga and there area few so you will also see our purple logo.
  2. From 1st October and each day throughout we will post on the facebook page an  idea for you to introduce into your day.  It could be as simple as a thought.  Confirm with a comment under the post that you have met that days challenge.  Pictures of you doing it would score brownie points.
  3. There will be a new challenge each day throughout October.
  4. Don't worry if you miss the odd day. Everyone who has a fair stab at the challenge will get a certificate of merit. But better still will hopefulloy see some subtle empowerments taking place in their everyday life
