What You Need to Do
- Sign up to facebook and send us a friend request if you haven't already. Search for Mind and Body Yoga and there area few so you will also see our purple logo.
- From 1st October and each day throughout we will post on the facebook page an idea for you to introduce into your day. It could be as simple as a thought. Confirm with a comment under the post that you have met that days challenge. Pictures of you doing it would score brownie points.
- There will be a new challenge each day throughout October.
- Don't worry if you miss the odd day. Everyone who has a fair stab at the challenge will get a certificate of merit. But better still will hopefulloy see some subtle empowerments taking place in their everyday life
